Returns for Non-Faulty Items
Our policy for non-faulty items allows for returns within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible:
● Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
● The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a secure delivery method requiring a signature on receipt. Garry's Royal Satin is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please include the full name on the order and the invoice number in your return package.

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit, you must report the issue within
24 hours of delivery. To return faulty items:

● Refunds for faulty items will be processed within 5 business days of inspection.
Approved Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 business days. For payments via bank transfer, please provide your account details when initiating the return.
Sale Item Refunds
Refunds for sale items will reflect the purchase price paid at the time of the sale.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@garrysroyalsatin.com.
Orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they have not been shipped.

● If a tracking number has been assigned, cancellation is not possible. However, the product can be returned following the return procedure for non-faulty items.
